We enjoyed our stay, great location right in the heart of things! Our room was nice and comfy, but the decor felt a bit dated. The breakfast had a fab fruit selection, though the hot options weren't the best. Staff were super helpful, but we had to pay for parking, which was a bit of a bummer.

the stay was so amazin! we got an upgrade to an executive room which was super spacious and had a comfy bed. also, the staff made us feel really special with a cute note for our anniversary. breakfast was hot and tasty and the location was perfect for checkin out harrogate. thumbs up for the lovely vibe at the hotel!

The location was perfect, close to all the shops and cafes, making it easy to explore. Our Double Room was spacious and had a lovely seating area to relax with a view of the ornate ceilings. The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly cooked options to start the day right.

My room thermostat didn’t seem effective, making it uncomfortably warm at times. although the decor has character, some areas felt a bit dated and could use refreshing. Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted sleep at times due to creaky floors. the hotel delivers a solid experience, but certain conveniences need addressing.
